The Dr. Naana Boakye's skincare line was born from the belief that a simple regimen can yield visibly healthier-looking skin–and restore its youthful radiance. Powered by proven-effective, clinically tested botanically-derived ingredients, Dr. Naana Boakye's formulas respect and replenish the skin's barrier to optimize overall skin health and its healthy-looking glow.

Meet Dr. Naana

As a board-certified dermatologist and certified Integrative Dermatologist who has been in practice for more than 15 years, Dr. Naana Boakye draws from her extensive clinical experience when creating advanced skincare formulations.

Known for her expertise addressing the diverse needs of patients spanning the skin-tone spectrum, Dr. Boakye was instrumental in formulating celebrity-led skincare lines such as John Legend's Loved01, Naomi Osaka’s KINLO, and Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union’s Proudly.

Efficacy and evidence are central to Dr. Boakye's approach when selecting the ideal ingredients. In addition to cocoa and shea butter sourced from her homeland of Ghana, she concentrates on other proven-effective, botanically-derived actives; safe, clinically-tested synthetics; and soothing ingredients for skin wellness. All ingredients are present in the concentrations necessary for achieving optimal skin results, and Dr. Naana Boakye's 360-degree formulation approach takes every aspect of the skin and its function into consideration.

Benevolence

As part of our commitment to benevolence, Dr. Naana Boakye has teamed up with FairAfric in Ghana. The mission of this organization is to harness the power of the cacao industry to end poverty by creating 10,000 climate-friendly jobs in Africa.

Dr. Naana Boakye has also “adopted” the Budu D/A Basic School in Ghana’s Suhum region that she continually supports with supplies. Her long-term goal is to help repair and renovate the building so children have an ideal environment in which to learn.
