Return Process

Return authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Label and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
